Process Time:

  • All the items are in stock, we will ship the package within 1-3 business days after we received your order.

Delivery:

  • Free World Wide Shipping for order > $29. 
  • We will update the tracking number once the package was picked up by carrier. 

  • The delivery time frame is 7-10 working days to US, vary to other countries.

    Payment:

    • We accept secure payment gateways such as Shopify, PayPal, credit card payments  includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
    • We don't keep or store your payment information in any form within our server. Our payment partners has their own disclaimers, by using their service is deemed as consent.

    Refunds and Exchanges:

    Refund:

    • We will refund anything that is our error and pay for the shipping fee for return and replace order. Customers need to issue refund request within 7 days upon delivery.
    • We cannot refund due to customer's negligence such as(wrong sizes ordered, wrong address entered, man-induced damages etc.)
    • Once refund request was approved, we will issue a refund within 2 business days, you bank may need 3-7 business days to process the refund.

      Exchanges: 

      • If the item is damaged upon receipt, please take the photos and send it to us within 7 days, we will exchange it for you at our cost.
